Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer our Services to you.

No physical goods are sold or shipped unless specifically indicated on the relevant product page.

2. PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS AND CUSTOMER INFORMATION
Many of our products are created individually using personal information provided by the customer, such as a name, date of birth or other information required for the selected numerology service.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted to us is accurate, complete and correctly spelled.
We are not responsible for inaccuracies in a personalized report resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
If we require additional information to complete your order, we may contact you using the email address or other contact details provided during checkout.
The preparation period begins only after we have received:
- successful payment; and
- all information required to prepare the selected personalized product or service.
If corrected or additional information is required, the processing period begins once all necessary information has been received.
3. ORDERS
By placing an order through the Website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product or service.
An order is considered accepted after successful payment and confirmation of the order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including suspected fraud, payment problems, technical errors, incorrect pricing or circumstances that prevent us from providing the requested Service.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received and before the Service has been provided, the amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded, unless otherwise permitted by applicable law.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices displayed on the Website are shown in the currency indicated at checkout.
The total amount payable will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Prices may be changed at any time. Any change will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method selected for your purchase and that the payment information you provide is accurate.
Any applicable taxes will be handled in accordance with applicable law and, where relevant, displayed during the ordering process.
5. DIGITAL DELIVERY
All Tata Grace Numerology products are delivered electronically unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Each personalized report is individually prepared after we have received successful payment and all information required to complete the order.
Personalized reports are normally prepared and delivered within two (2) business days after all required customer information has been received.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in Latvia.
Completed reports are normally delivered by email in PDF format or another digital format appropriate to the purchased Service.
The customer is responsible for providing a valid and correctly entered email address.
If you do not receive your report within the stated period, please check your spam or junk folder and contact us.
A digital product is considered delivered when it has been sent to the email address provided by the customer or otherwise made available to the customer electronically.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information, email service providers, internet service disruptions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
6. CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Many Tata Grace Numerology products and services are personalized and are created specifically for an individual customer based on information supplied by that customer.
Cancellation, refund and withdrawal rights are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable consumer protection law.
Where applicable, if a customer requests or agrees that the performance of a service or supply of digital content should begin during a statutory withdrawal period, we may request the customer's prior express consent and acknowledgement regarding the commencement of performance and the effect this may have on the right of withdrawal.
Where applicable law provides a right of withdrawal, we will not exclude or restrict that right except where the requirements for a lawful exception have been satisfied.
If a digital product is defective, corrupted, cannot be accessed or the customer receives a product different from the one ordered, please contact us so that we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms or our Refund & Cancellation Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
7. PERSONAL USE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the Website and its original content, including texts, personalized reports, graphics, images, logos, designs, downloadable materials and digital products, are owned by or licensed to Tata Grace Numerology and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchased personalized reports and other digital products are provided to the customer for personal, non-commercial use only.
Without our prior written permission, you may not:

- sell or resell them;
- commercially exploit them;

Tata Grace Numerology provides numerology-related content for personal development, self-reflection, informational and entertainment purposes.
Numerology is not a scientifically validated method for predicting future events or determining personal, medical, psychological, financial or other outcomes.
Our numerology readings, reports, consultations and other digital content should not be interpreted as statements of fact or guarantees regarding a person's character, relationships, future, health, finances, career or other life circumstances.
The information provided through our Services does not constitute medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, investment or other professional advice.
